The event is organized by the new @whitesalmonmainstreet a committee focused on strengthening our community. White Salmon Main street currently operates as a committee of the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce and will transition into its own independent nonprofit,later this year.

For 2026, the Northshore Community Foundation serves as our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor, providing the nonprofit framework for ticket sales, sponsorships and event expenses.

After event expenses, proceeds from Mountain Town Throwdown will be reinvested in projects that benefit our community — things like downtown beautification, public art, community spaces, events and other projects that help make White Salmon a vibrant, welcoming place to live, work and visit.
