HEADLINER: THE GOLD SOULS
Funk. Soul. Blues. Groove.
We’re bringing The Gold Souls to White Salmon for a high-energy live show under the big tent.
The Sacramento-based band brings driving grooves, rich soul textures and blues storytelling together into a sound that’s built for the dance floor. Their current lineup features a powerhouse vocalist, rhythm section, keys, guitar and a three-piece horn section.
Come ready to dance.
PREMIERING: THE GREAT BEYOND
Sam Humans was born in a tree and raised on a tug boat.
He invented beards, rainbows, and spends his time in the mountains talking to plants.
A pioneer of “Psychedelic International Post-Pop,” Humans continues to push the boundaries of what one person can accomplish live — singing, playing drums, guitar, keys, samples and percussion simultaneously, all without the use of a computer.
And for Mountain Town Throwdown, he’s bringing something brand new.
THE GREAT BEYOND.
A new rock opera about the evolution of the Human Race.
Expect the unexpected.
This is one performance you definitely won’t see anywhere else.
THE THROWdown LOOKS LIKE THIS.

POWERED BY COMMUNITY
Mountain Town Throwdown is a celebration of White Salmon — organized by the community, for the community.
Mountain Town Throwdown is organized by the White Salmon Business Alliance, a committee dedicated to strengthening our community. The White Salmon Business Alliance currently operates as a committee of the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce and will transition into its own independent nonprofit organization, White Salmon Main Street, later this year.
For the 2026 Mountain Town Throwdown, the Northshore Community Foundation serves as our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. Ticket sales, sponsorships and our special occasion permit are processed through the Northshore Community Foundation, which is administered by the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce.
This structure allows Mountain Town Throwdown to operate as a community-supported event while providing the nonprofit framework needed to manage ticket sales, sponsorships and event expenses.
WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
Back into White Salmon.
Mountain Town Throwdown is not just about putting on a great party — it’s about investing in the community that makes it possible.
After event expenses, proceeds from Mountain Town Throwdown will be reinvested into projects that benefit the White Salmon community. These may include downtown beautification, public art, community spaces, events and other projects that help make White Salmon a vibrant, welcoming place to live, work and visit.
When you buy a ticket, sponsor the event or participate as a vendor, you’re not just supporting one day of music and celebration.
You’re helping invest in the future of White Salmon.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY.
Mountain Town Throwdown is made possible through the generosity of our sponsors, vendors, volunteers, community partners and everyone who shows up to celebrate.
