Jana Shepherd is a recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest from her longtime home in Northern California. Having paused her nearly 40-year career in dentistry, she has decided to pursue (and monetize) her hobbies, which include travel, food and wine, writing, photography, and a myriad of outdoor activities!

Utilizing her writing and photography skills, Jana has created social media content for a fine dining restaurant/wine bar/retail shop and currently for the city of White Salmon and Domaine Pouillon. She has written several freelance articles for Pacific Northwest publications.
