Once you have contacted us and your reservation dates have been confirmed available, we will send you an invoice via Paypal.  Paypal takes all major credit cards and there are no extra fees for you to pay.

We will send you a rental agreement to sign.  The studio fits two comfortably.  However, we will make exceptions for a baby or child.  There is no smoking or pets allowed in the studio.

The full payment is due within 7 days of making the reservation.  Payment for the 1st night is a non-refundable deposit.
