Columbia Gorge Express Begins Spring Schedule

Columbia Gorge Express has transitioned to the spring schedule on April 6.   They now offer expanded service on Saturdays and Sundays, making it even more convenient for springtime travel to and from the Gorge.

When hiking around White Salmon, be sure to discover the Mamie & Franci Gaddis Park.  You will find interpretive signs pointing out native plants along with a historic timeline.  We always like to understand the history and geology of a place before we visit.  Enjoy this little history lesson here or read it on the larger sign at the park!

Jewett Creek Watershed Recreation Area

The Jewett Creek Watershed offers several outdoor recreational opportunities!  You can ride the White Salmon BMX trail bike skills park on 19 acres, mountain bike to connecting trails or hike along the creek.

Catherine Creek Hike

The Catherine Creek Labyrinth is part of the Burdoin-Coyote-Catherine Recreation Planning Area.  You can choose hikes from 3 miles to 30 miles!  For starters, try the 3 mile loop starting at the Catherine Creek trailhead.
