I’m Ash Wylder, a sports and medical massage therapist. I help professional athletes and people with medical conditions or injuries recover from stress, reset posture, stop pain, and heal. My goal is to get you back on your feet and doing what you love. I offer 60, 90, and 120-minute massages.

Healing spaces are sacred, and our practice offers a nurturing space with soft ambiance, a heated table, and gentle music to help you disconnect from life’s daily stressors and better hear your body’s story. I use my knowledge, techniques, and expertise as a sports and medical massage therapist to help you release stress and finally rest.
