The light-filled practice space spans 1,600 square feet, making it the largest yoga studio in the Columbia River Gorge. Thoughtfully designed, it includes a welcoming reception area, plenty of props, coat racks, and a water station to ensure comfort and ease. Beyond daily classes, Yoga Samadhi also opens its doors to the community—offering rentals for workshops, events, and gatherings that align with its mission of wellness and connection.

Class Offerings

The studio offers a wide variety of classes designed to meet you wherever you are on your yoga journey. Whether you’re seeking strength, stillness, or something in between, you’ll find a class that supports your body, mind, and spirit.

Breathe & Flow with Adam

This morning practice embodies the art and science of yoga and nervous system regulation. Beginning with a slow burn through passive yin poses, the class gradually builds heat, strength, and fluidity of both body and mind through Vinyasa-style flows. Each session closes with breathwork, meditation, and chanting for full integration.

Gentle Flow

Perfect for all levels and all ages, Gentle Flow moves at a slower pace with longer holds. Linking breath to movement, this class emphasizes balance, strength, and flexibility in a safe, welcoming environment.

Intentional Flow

Start your morning with mindful movement. This 45-minute practice invites you to check in with yourself, flow with guided presence, and move in alignment with your needs. A 15-minute pranayama (breathing) practice follows asana, offering a complete and intentional start to your day.

Iyengar Yoga (All Levels)

Explore the foundations of Iyengar Yoga in a supportive and accessible way. This practice builds strength, balance, and flexibility while cultivating breath awareness, stress relief, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Restorative & Sound

Guided by Shana Rose, this class offers long, fully supported poses, stillness, and deep breathing to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Gentle soundscapes from Gabriel Rivers enhance relaxation, inviting peace and well-being. All are welcome.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic practice combining sun salutations and hatha yoga poses, Vinyasa Flow links breath with movement to create a moving meditation. With attention to alignment, balance, and grace, this practice cultivates strength, freedom, and fluidity on and off the mat.

Yin Yang

This balanced class blends Yin—passive, longer-held seated and reclining poses that release connective tissue and invite deep stillness—with Yang, a breath-centered Vinyasa flow. Half of the class is devoted to each style, creating a complete and balanced practice.

Sunday Yin

Begin with gentle meditation and breathwork, then move into slow, longer-held postures that target the connective tissues, fascia, and energy meridians of the body. This class often includes sound healing during savasana and optional supportive healing touch for a deeply restorative experience.

Yogalates

Blending yoga, Pilates, and dance-inspired movement, Yogalates builds core strength, stability, and flexibility. With an emphasis on posture, balance, precision, and flow, this class offers a modern, athletic approach to mindful movement.
