Mt View Grange #98, White Salmon WA History
The Mt View Grange in White Salmon was founded in 1890 as a family-friendly, non-partisan organization to support farmers and bring neighbors together to meet local needs. In order to maintain the non-partisan status, the Mt View Grange is used for non-partisan activities only.
A building for the Mountain View Grange #98 was completed in 1934 by volunteers and is still used daily by all kinds of groups and events. It is run by an all-volunteer Board. The Mt. View Grange serves the White Salmon area and surrounding communities.
The Grange Board is committed to keeping rents low and available to the community, who rent the Mt View Grange for private parties, weddings, funeral/memorial services, and garage sales.
