Most of what we serve is organic and grown within 80 miles of White Salmon.  Our coffee and teas are organic and fair trade.  Our salmon is caught by the Yakama Nation people out of the Klickitat River, sprouts from NoBo, apples from Indian Creek Ranch, breads from Blue Skies Bakery and White Salmon’s own Mayor Dave, coffee from 10-Speed Roasters, teas from Good Medicine Enterprises, kombucha from One Breath Beverage, and seasonal vegetables from other local farms and purveyors.
