Meet in front of the White Salmon Baking Co. on Wednesdays at 7:15 AM. White Salmon Baking Company is located just off the main street in White Salmon. The bakery is owned and operated by Jure Poberaj and Nina Jimenez. Offered are a variety of breakfast and mid-day pastries, artisanal bread, and celebration cakes using the highest quality ingredients. “We are lucky to be neighbors with small farms and orchards and take full advantage of farm-fresh produce and rare heirloom varietals not commonly found elsewhere,” says Nina Jimenez.
